Document security
Every company and agent on 秒单 MiaoDan has its own locked space. Your catalogues, prices and trade documents are kept apart from every other account.
A separate key for every account
Every file you upload or create is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is saved: catalogues, price lists, logos, certificates, quotations, proforma invoices and packing lists. Each company and each agent has its own key, so a file from one account cannot be opened with another account's key.
A separate folder for every account
Files are stored in a private folder for each account, on a disk that only our server can reach. Private files are never served as public links: each download checks who is signed in and whether that account may open the file. Only the product photos you publish appear on your website.
No prices on public websites
Agent websites show products, photos and specifications, never prices. Customers ask for a quotation and receive a document with the final price only.
Commission stays with the agent
An agent's commission is never printed on a document and never shown to the company or the customer. The company sees each agent's customers and the documents sent to them, with the same prices the customer received.
Every company access is recorded
When a company downloads a document from one of its agents, or a MiaoDan administrator opens a private file for support, the access is recorded with the person, the file and the time.
Protected sign-in
Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. After too many sign-in attempts, further tries are blocked for 15 minutes. Forms are accepted only from our own website, and every page uses an encrypted HTTPS connection.
A private database
Product details, prices and customer records are kept in a database in Frankfurt, Germany, that cannot be reached from the internet. Only our server connects to it, and every request is limited to the signed-in account.
Checked on every release
Before each update goes live, automated tests check that one account cannot read another account's products, files, customers or documents.
AI reading of catalogues
To read your catalogues, their content is sent to our AI provider only for that task. The results are saved in your own account. Do not upload passwords or payment-card details.
What you can do
- Use a strong password that you use nowhere else
- Give every agent their own seat; never share one login
- Suspend a seat as soon as an agent leaves

A customer receives only the documents made for them. A company sees only its own agents. Other companies and other agents see nothing.
