Midcross Trade Limited provides 秒单 MiaoDan, a private workspace for approved sales agents and authorised staff.
Applications and accounts
We collect application details to review agent access, including your name, email, company, contact details, location and business background. Passwords are stored as hashes. There is no customer login or public shop in this version.
Your private workspace
Your product library, base prices, uploaded files, customers, conversations and generated documents belong to your agent workspace. Authorised administrators can access records for approval and support. You choose which products and contact details appear on your shared agent page.
AI processing
When AI is configured, submitted messages and catalogue content are sent to the AI provider to read product information and prepare draft requests. Review all extracted details and document drafts. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
Contact and quotation requests
Contact form messages are stored for staff to respond. Requests submitted on an agent’s shared page are stored for that agent. Email notifications are sent only when email delivery is configured.
Cookies and anonymous traffic
Sign-in uses session cookies. Shared agent pages use a random visitor cookie for up to 30 days and agent-specific hashed identifiers to count visits, without storing IP addresses. Anonymous visitor records are removed after 35 days when traffic is recorded. Language and currency preferences may be stored in your browser.
Access, correction and deletion
Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We retain information needed to operate your account and respond to requests. Business retention periods should be confirmed before this service is launched publicly.
