Payment and refunds
Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically every 30 days. You can cancel at any time. Payments are not refunded, and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
Monthly subscription
Every plan is a monthly subscription, paid in advance for 30 days. The price, the currency and the number of agent seats are shown before you pay.
Automatic renewal
Your plan renews automatically every 30 days, and the payment method you used is charged for the next 30 days, until you cancel.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment does not go through, we let you know so you can update your payment details. If the payment is still not made, the plan ends when the period already paid for ends.
Price changes
If the price of your plan changes, we tell you in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal.
Cancel at any time
Agents and companies can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal, and you are not charged again.
Access until the end of your paid period
After you cancel, your workspace, your website and your agent seats keep working until the end of the current 30-day period. The date is shown on your Plan page.
No refunds
Payments are not refunded, in full or in part, including for the unused days of the current period, unused agent seats or a plan cancelled early.
Changing your plan
When you move to a larger plan, we show you the price before you pay. Moving to a smaller plan or removing agent seats takes effect at your next renewal and does not lead to a refund.
Company seats
Agent seats belong to the company plan. When a company cancels, its agents' workspaces and websites end with the company's current period. Agents in a company do not pay MiaoDan directly.
Billing mistakes
If you are charged twice or charged the wrong amount because of an error on our side, contact us and we will refund the extra amount.
Governing law
This service is provided by Midcross Trade Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. This policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
How to cancel
Send us a message from the email address of your account and tell us which account to cancel. We confirm by email and show the end date of your access.
